Manage Your Events Easily and Efficiently

On Tootoot.fm, you’ll find all the tools you need for quick event management and ticket sales. In this section, you’ll learn how to easily create an event, set up ticket sales, control entry, track statistics, and manage accounting documents. Everything in one place, fast and clearly organized.

1.

Registration and profile creation

Registration and Profile Creation on Tootoot.fm Won’t Take More Than a Few Minutes

Simply fill in a few basic details, confirm your email address, and you’ll be ready to start organizing your events and enjoying all the benefits Tootoot.fm has to offer.

  • Go to Tootoot.fm, click the “Sign In” button, and enter your email.
  • Fill in the required details (password, profile name, profile picture).
  • Verify your email – after registration, you’ll receive an activation email. Click the link in the email to activate your account.

Organizer information

To sell tickets, it is essential to provide information about the event organizer (individual or legal entity).
This information is required for proper administration and compliance with legal requirements when processing payments and invoices.

You can enter these details:

  • When creating an event
  • Or later in the “Edit Profile” section

 

In your profile, you can add multiple entities, which can be assigned to events based on the organizer’s needs.

Event creation and ticket sales

Creating an Event on Tootoot.fm is a Quick and Easy Process

  1. Enter the basic event details, such as the name, date, location, and description.
  2. Set up ticket sales – choose different ticket types, prices, categories, and limited quantities. Options include general admission or reserved seating.

 

Once everything is ready, click “Publish Event” to make your event instantly available to visitors and start selling tickets.

Online or box office sales

You Can Sell Tickets:

  • Online via the event page on Tootoot.fm.
  • By Embedding an iFrame directly on your website. The embedded purchase form is fully customizable, allowing you to match it to your website’s design and style so it feels like a seamless part of it.
  • At the Box Office using a POS system, which enables you to efficiently manage ticket sales on-site at the event venue.

Sales statistics and customer data

Your profile on Tootoot.fm provides 24/7 access to sales statistics, such as the number of tickets sold and revenue.

You also have access to customer data, showing how many customers purchase regularly and their average spending.

Additionally, you can use the purchase map, which displays the geographic location of customers at the time of purchase, helping you better understand your target area and make your marketing more effective.

6.

Ticket validation

Our system ensures fast and efficient entry control, preventing unauthorized access to your event.

You can easily check visitor tickets using the Scan At The Gate mobile app, available for iOS and Android.

For larger events, turnstiles can also be integrated.

7.

Payout processing

Event funds are paid out within 5 days after the event takes place.

After the end of each calendar month, we will send you two documents:

  • A summary of events, which includes a breakdown of all events held during that month.
  • An invoice for the commission on the ticketing services provided.

 

Both documents are for accounting purposes.
